  • Digital Marketing Services: Given the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are not provided for services already rendered. This includes SEO, PPC, content creation, social media management, and other marketing services.
  • Project-Based Work: For projects that are billed based on milestones, refunds may be provided for milestones that have not yet been completed, minus any costs already incurred.
  • Monthly Retainer Services: If you have a monthly retainer agreement with us, you may cancel the agreement with a 30-day notice. Refunds will not be issued for services provided during the notice period.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date.
  • Services should not have been fully utilized or completed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Fees for consultations or strategy sessions.
  • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions).
  • Completed and delivered work, including but not limited to digital marketing campaigns, reports, and analyses.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, service purchased, date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. We may require additional information to process your request.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
